They are a group consisting of people in a similar situation to yourself to help you gain a greater understanding of the emotions and behaviour you may be experiencing and to discover ways of coping to suit you in a non-judgement and respectful environment to encourage the development of peer support.
The purpose of Lasting Post is to help people following the death of a loved one with free independent advice on all the tasks that will need to be completed and the matters that may need to be addressed.
